What’s Included
Who It Is For
Leslie Norris Townsend and Jann Karam
Because conversations about midlife and menopause deserve information, connection AND a little laughter, MenoPalz is thrilled to welcome Boomer Broads comedians Leslie Norris Townsend and Jann Karam for a special comedy bonus during our October 15 evening.
Smart, sassy and laugh-out-loud funny, the Boomer Broads bring decades of national comedy experience and a wonderfully relatable take on life, family, aging and midlife. And yes, they’ve promised us some midlife material especially perfect for this crowd!
This special appearance is included as part of the evening, adding laughter and connection to a night centered on Nevada’s first screening of The M Factor 2: Before the Pause – Perimenopause, expert conversation and changing the way we talk about women's health.
The M Factor 2 gives HR and business leaders a shared understanding of what employees may be navigating and why it matters at work.
Employers don’t need to become healthcare providers, but leaders do need to know how to respond.
This experience creates a starting point for stronger manager training, workforce education, policies, and organizational support.
Your investment helps move your organization from awareness to action, with the goal of protecting performance and retaining valuable midlife talent.
