The M Factor 2: Before the Pause – Perimenopause is a documentary exploring perimenopause, relationships, and bone, brain and heart health. MenoPalz’s Nevada event pairs the screening with education for women, healthcare professionals, HR leaders and employers, helping turn awareness into workplace support and action.
The M Factor 2 Impact Team is the group of volunteers helping us bring this meaningful two-day experience to life. We are looking for enthusiastic people to help us prepare for the event and support our guests, speakers, sponsors and community on October 14 and 15.
Whether you love welcoming people, working behind the scenes, creating social media content or jumping in wherever you are needed most, there is a place for you on our team.

Ways to Make an Impact

Event Preparation and Setup
Assemble VIP gift bags, welcome materials, name badges and check-in supplies, and help prepare signs, tables and guest areas.

Guest Welcome and Check-In
Welcome and assist workshop, reception, VIP and general admission guests.

Speaker and Panelist Hospitality
Help our speakers and panelists with approved transportation, arrival coordination and hospitality.

Sponsor and Partner Support
Welcome sponsors and community partners and help them locate their tables and materials.

Program Support and Event Runners
Assist approved event leads with guest flow, program transitions and other event needs.

Social Media and Content Support
Help capture approved behind-the-scenes moments and organize photos and videos for MenoPalz social media.

Closing and Cleanup
Help organize materials, remove signs and complete the final room check.
