Dr. Amy Day is a women's health and hormone expert who has been advancing natural women's healthcare since becoming one of California's first licensed naturopathic doctors in 2004. Featured in The M Factor 2: Before the Pause, she is the founder of The Women's Vitality Center and creator of The VITAL Method, a holistic approach that combines lifestyle medicine, functional testing, bioidentical hormones, and personalized care to help women thrive through every stage of midlife and beyond.

Jo LaMarca Mathisen is a mom, wife, and three-time Emmy winning producer and journalist whose 25-year broadcast career at NBC’s Today led her to the work she was meant to do. Named to Variety's Power of Women issue in 2021, Jo has put her talents to use producing The M Factor film series, dedicating her time to transforming how women talk about, prepare for, and live through menopause .. because the Power of Women is what it takes to make change.

Charles Mattocks is an award-winning producer, director, television host, and health advocate whose work has brought important health conversations to audiences around the world. The nephew of legendary musician Bob Marley, Charles has dedicated his talents to creating projects that explore diabetes, cancer, menopause, and chronic health conditions, using storytelling to inspire awareness and action. Through his work with What’s Next in Health, he continues helping people better understand, navigate, and take charge of their health journeys.

Michael S. Cohen is an employment law partner at Duane Morris who advises and trains organizations on workplace culture, leadership, employee well-being, and compliance. A nationally recognized employment authority and host of the Like a Boss Podcast, Michael brings practical insight into creating more empathetic, inclusive, and effective workplaces while helping leaders navigate today’s evolving workforce.

Kiersten Gregory is a board-certified Physician Assistant, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, and founder of Revival Medicine in Reno, Nevada. With 26 years of clinical experience, she now focuses on helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health with informed, individualized care. Her work combines evidence-based menopause care with a focus on hormone health, metabolic wellness, cardiovascular health, nutrition, and healthy aging.

Sophia Yen, MD, MPH is a board-certified physician, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and CEO and Co-Founder of Pandia Health in Sunnyvale, California. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she now focuses on helping women navigate reproductive health, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond with accessible, patient-centered telehealth and pharmacy care. Her work combines evidence-based hormonal care with a focus on clinical medicine, public health, health education, healthcare innovation, and career-sustaining wellness.
Because conversations about midlife and menopause deserve information, connection AND a little laughter, MenoPalz is thrilled to welcome Boomer Broads comedians Leslie Norris Townsend and Jann Karam for a special comedy bonus during our October 15 evening.
