Morgan is a leadership and organizational development strategist, executive coach, and learning expert with more than 20 years of experience in HR, leadership development, instructional design, organizational change, and workplace learning. She is a PhD candidate in Business Management with a specialization in

Leadership and holds a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Instructional Systems Design.

She is also a two-time TEDx speaker and an ICF-credentialed executive coach. In this workshop, Morgan translates menopause education into practical workplace strategy, learning, and

leadership action. Morgan will introduce the MenoPalz Workplace Maturity Model, guide participants through an organizational readiness assessment, and help HR and organizational leaders identify actionable ways to strengthen employee awareness, manager capability, and workplace support.

Sophia Yen, MD, MPH, MSCP

Dr. Yen is an expert in asynchronous women’s hormonal telehealth + pharmacy, from birth control to peri/menopause and beyond. She has a passion for making women’s lives easier, preventing unplanned pregnancies, and educating women about #PeriodsOptional and peri/menopause. Dr. Yen is board-certified in Adolescent Medicine and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). She graduated MIT, UCSF Medical School, and with an MPH from UC Berkeley in Maternal Child Health. She serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Adolescent Medicine at an academic university.

In this workshop, Dr. Yen will bring the medical perspective to the workplace conversation, helping HR and organizational leaders better understand peri/menopause, common symptoms and experiences, and how they can affect employees at work. Her insights will provide the clinical foundation for understanding why menopause awareness and support matter in today’s workplace.
